Meet Our Founder
Jerry Long brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience, including nearly two decades in C-suite positions across public, private, family-owned, and private equity-backed organizations. His career includes serving as CEO and CFO, with extensive experience in manufacturing, industrial businesses, international operations, and organizational transformation.
Throughout his career, Jerry has navigated periods of growth, financial uncertainty, operational challenges, and significant organizational change. His experience also includes Board service, with leadership responsibilities spanning Audit, Finance, and Governance.
Jerry established Branyen Advisors to share the experience and lessons gained throughout his career with organizations seeking independent judgment, experienced leadership, and sustainable solutions. His approach reflects a commitment to integrity, personal accountability, collaboration, and helping leaders build organizations where people have opportunities to succeed.
